Privacy Policy
Word To is a browser-based converter. This page explains what information is processed when you use the site, and what never leaves your device.
Documents and source files
Markdown files, Excel workbooks and CSV data that you open, paste or edit are processed in your browser. The converters do not upload your source files or the generated Word documents to our server. There is no storage bucket, no conversion queue and no copy of your file on the site.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, we receive the description you write, the optional email address you provide, and the URL of the page you were viewing. Feedback is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing to the site operator and is used to respond to reports and improve the product.
Technical data
Cloudflare, our hosting and email provider, may process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security, delivery, and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Local preferences
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. You can clear this data through your browser settings at any time. Nothing in local storage identifies you.
